Traveling with children without their parents

 If you want to take your granchild, cousin or, thier friend you must have the following letter from the child's parents. The letter must state that they give you the permission to travel with their child. They should also state that you can provide medical treatment. Include in the letter that you have permission to sign any waivers, for example, activity waivers. The letter must be notorized.
